Mike Attwood

Mike Attwood is an experienced consultant and leader in the fields of organizational development and coaching, serving as an Associate at Tricordant since April 2011, and at Green Park since December 2021. Attwood also contributes as a Board Trustee for the Eddystone Trust and Education for Health. In addition, Attwood is a Leadership Development Associate for the Florence Nightingale Foundation and a Senior Associate at GatenbySanderson, where coaching and facilitation for senior leaders in the NHS and local authorities are key responsibilities. As a Director of Journeyman Ltd, a coaching and development business, Attwood has been involved in various strategic projects within the NHS. Attwood’s leadership expertise extends to work with LeaderShape Global and The Transformational Alliance, and includes serving as an Editorial Advisor for the International Journal of Integrated Care. Attwood holds a BA (Hons) Class 1 degree in Classics and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
