Tessa Catt

Tessa Catt is an experienced Senior Research Consultant at Green Park, focusing on Civil Society and Government since May 2024. Previously, Tessa served as Head of Research at Birchwood Knight from September 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included supporting corporate affairs executive searches. Tessa's extensive background includes over 16 years at Saxton Bampfylde, where roles ranged from Researcher and Partner, managing over 100 searches across various sectors, to Project Coordinator and Team Leader, providing administrative support and facilitating recruitment processes. Tessa has also been a member of the global leadership community, Panorama, since January 2011, promoting diverse leadership perspectives. Tessa's career began as a Receptionist and later a Resourcing Assistant at LAN 2 LAN. Tessa holds a BA in Classics from Durham University and completed GCSEs and A Levels at The King's School, Canterbury.
