Sarah Hagerman is the Founder & Managing Partner of Sarabande Leadership, specializing in executive assessment, development, and coaching. Additionally, Sarah serves as an Alpine PeopleFirst Executive Coach & Consultant at Alpine Investors, Principal & Leadership Consultant at Blake Street Group, and Managing Director & Leadership Partner at Green Peak Partners. Previously, Sarah held roles at Chief, as an Executive Coach & Facilitator, and at Kaiser Associates, where Sarah held various leadership positions in Organization Development Practice. Sarah holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, and a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University.
