Alex Lassiter

Alex Lassiter is the CEO and founder of Green Places. Alex has over eight years of experience in entrepreneurship and sales.

Lassiter began their career as a project manager at InternMatch, where they helped the company to be ranked as one of the top 100 most promising tech startups in the world. Alex then went on to co-found Gather Technologies, a hospitality software platform that grew from $0 to $200 million in enterprise value. During their time at Gather, Lassiter led the company's sales efforts and helped to secure funding from multiple investors, including Storm Ventures and Vista Equity Partners. In 2020, Lassiter served as a special liaison for the North Carolina COVID-19 Task Force, where they were responsible for sourcing PPE manufactured in North Carolina.

Lassiter is a graduate of Duke University.
