Grant Kadavy

Grant Kadavy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the food and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Green Plains Inc. since 2022, Grant previously held multiple high-level positions at Darigold from 2016 to 2022, including Chief Growth and Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cargill from 1997 to 2016, culminating as President of Cargill Americas, and various leadership roles in Mexico and the foodservice oils segment. Grant holds a degree from St. Olaf College.
