Robert Cedrone

Robert Cedrone's work experience begins in 2007 at Wayfair, where they served as a Warehouse Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for the planning, implementation, and operation of an 88k square foot facility. Robert focused on cost reduction, increased productivity, and customer satisfaction. Cedrone successfully implemented procedures that resulted in a 99.5% outbound completion fill rate daily.

In 2012, Cedrone joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Operations Supervisor. Robert supervised daily operations at a 190k square foot facility, with a focus on inbound/outbound operations and inventory accuracy. Cedrone exceeded the annual task per hour goal by 2% by fostering a team atmosphere with employees. Additionally, they led multiple inbound Kaizan process improvement projects to drive productivity.

Most recently, Cedrone joined Green Rabbit in 2017 as the Director of Operations. Robert oversaw all company distribution centers across the country for the growing e-commerce company specializing in heat-sensitive shipping. Cedrone served as the implementation lead on a new WCS system and Best Practices.

Robert Cedrone attended Lasell University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Robert'sfield of study was Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
