Ronan Webster

Ronan Webster is the current Asset Management Director at Green Reit Plc. Ronan has extensive experience in advising on some of the largest transactions in the Irish Market. Ronan has advised most UK and Irish Banks active in the Irish market and was a lead advisor on Real Estate Strategies to many indigenous and International Corporates in Ireland. Ronan served on several Government Advisory Panels on various Real Estate Projects.

Ronan also advised Corporate Occupiers on expansion and relocation and recently advised Google on their Acquisition of Monte Vetro Office HQ Building for their expansion in Dublin. Prior to their current position, Ronan was the Senior Vice President at Equis Corporation from January 1996 to February 1998. Ronan then became the Director of Asset Management at Green Property REIT Ventures from November 2011 to June 2020.
