Elmira Utz

Elmira Utz is currently the Tutoring and Resource Center Manager at Green River College. Prior to this, Elmira held positions such as Supplemental Instruction and Dedicated Tutor Program Coordinator at Tacoma Community College, Director of Publicity at Asia-Northwest Cultural Education Association/Sakura-Con, Program Specialist at Public Consulting Group, Substitute Teacher at Tacoma Public Schools, ALT at The Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, and Case Manager at RAYS (Renton Area Youth and Family Services). Elmira holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Western Washington University in Adult and Higher Education, an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Seattle Central College, and a Bachelor's degree from Western Washington University in Human Services.
