Ian Sherman

Ian Sherman, Ed.D. is an accomplished educator currently serving as the Interim Dean of English and Humanities and an English Professor at Green River College since September 2015. Previous experience includes a role as an English Professor at Olympic College from September 2007 to September 2015, and several academic positions including adjunct instructor roles at Green River Community College and Shoreline Community College. Additionally, Ian Sherman has served as a Credentials Evaluator at the Foundation for International Services and held various board and project coordinator roles. The academic background includes a Doctor of Education in Adult and Higher Education from Oregon State University, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Oberlin College.
