Rupali Varma

Rupali Varma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Director at Green Security LLC since April 2024 and as a Principal at Spire Capital Partners since September 2015, Rupali focuses on leading investments in middle market companies across various sectors including technology and media. Additionally, Rupali holds board positions at O2B Kids and Dynamic Quest - Managed IT Services and has previously served on the boards of Advocate, Surgent Professional Education, Lighthouse, and PAN - Performance Assessment Network. Rupali began a career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from June 2012 to August 2015.
