Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental protection since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
