Navodit B. has over 15 years of work experience in the fields of technology, consulting and management. In 2018, they became the CEO & CTO of Green Story, an online platform that allows eco-friendly and socially responsible companies to showcase their positive impact. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at CIBC as a Senior Product Manager. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Partner Consultant at Impact Consulting Group, consulting an Asian manufacturing client on achieving 10% productivity. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Capco as a Management Consultant. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the Rotman School of Management, where they earned their MBA in Strategic Management. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at TD Bank as a Client Proxy, designing the basic framework for the project, coordinating with multiple project teams, and creating processes for managing teams across two geographies. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Sapient as a Senior Associate Technology and Senior Associate Level 2. Finally, from 2004 to 2005, they founded Cyber Humans.

Navodit B. obtained a Diploma in Computer Applications from Aptech, India in June 1998. Navodit then attended Somalwar High School. In 2000, they completed a Master of Science in Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. In 2002, they completed a Summer Internship in Astronomy and Astrophysics at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics. In 2011, Navodit B. earned an MBA in Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Ecole de langue francaise et de culture quebecoise (Universite du Quebec a Chicoutimi), The Natural Step, and Aptech, India.
