Matthew Kowalski

Matthew Kowalski has worked for two companies. Matthew started at the New York State Department of Transportation in 2014 as a Transportation Construction Inspector. In 2015, they joined Green Street Power Partners, where they have since held four roles: Senior Project Manager, Commercial Construction & Project Manager, Residential Project Manager, and Design Manager.

Matthew Kowalski attended Erie Community College from 2010 to 2012, studying Construction Management Engineering Technology. Matthew then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sustainable Construction Management Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, they obtained a New York DOT Approved Flagger Certification from the New York State Department of Transportation. Matthew also holds a LEED GA certification.
