Alexandra Smith has over ten years of professional experience in sales, marketing operations, administration and executive assistance. Alexandra began their career in 2006 as an Intern at the Essex Region Conservation Authority. In 2008, they were hired as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at the Ontario March of Dimes. In 2011, Alexandra was promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO at CardioComm Solutions, Inc., where they managed the setup and communications for a major project with the Heart and Stroke Foundation. In 2013, they joined Maru Group as a Sales Analysis Manager, where they were promoted to Manager of Sales Analysis in 2017. In 2019, Alexandra moved to Meltwater as a Sales Operations Analyst, and then in 2020 they became a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist at Greentank Technologies. During their time at Greentank, Alexandra successfully implemented an ERP system, developed and honed Salesforce org, implemented multi-factor authentication, developed KPIs and reporting analysis processes, and applied creative and cost-effective solutions to process bottlenecks and roadblocks.

Alexandra Smith completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Alexandra'story from the University of Windsor between 2003 and 2007. Alexandra then went on to complete a Master's degree in Political Science and Government, with a focus on Irish Politics, from Queen's University Belfast in 2010.
