Ashley Jagdat, B. Comm, has held various roles in the financial and customer service industry. In 2010, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Longo's. In 2017, they began working at Toronto Hydro as a Customer Relations Representative, where they were responsible for account reconciliation and balancing, consolidating data for regulatory compliance audits, developing and creating new dynamic excel workbooks, auditing financial and non financial transactions, and providing support to internal and external customers.
