Tania Flores, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for MADE BY GATHER in Canada and holds leadership positions as Chair of the HR Committee and Member of the Board of Directors for Green Teams of Canada. With extensive experience in human resources, Tania previously worked at GHGSAT as Director of People & Culture and Manager of Human Resources, and at Xiphos Systems Corporation as Manager of Recruiting & HR and Office Manager. Tania's educational background includes an Executive MBA from McGill HEC Montréal, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Concordia University.
