Benjamin Eisenkramer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin is currently the Director of CRM & Rewards at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where they lead the development of a best-in-class Rewards and CRM program to drive customer conversion and retention. Before that, Benjamin served as the Associate Director of Marketing Sciences at OMD USA, where they spearheaded data strategy and technology integration for the client, Gatorade. Benjamin also worked at Starcom Mediavest Group as a Business Analyst Manager, Manager of Analytics, and Digital Analyst, managing projects related to process automation, data aggregation, and campaign optimization for clients like Kraft. Benjamin's earlier experiences include roles at Northshore Insurance Managers, STATS LLC, Chicago Cubs, Washington Nationals, and Schaumburg Flyers Professional Baseball Club, where they demonstrated skills in operations management, statistical analysis, and player development.

Benjamin Eisenkramer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish & International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2006-2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sports Administration from Northwestern University, which they received in the years 2012-2015. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Benjamin attended Highland Park High School from 2002 to 2006.
