Cody Christopher has a diverse work experience dating back to 2004. Currently, Cody is working as a Staff Accountant at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since 2022. Prior to that, Cody worked at CoralTree Hospitality as a Complex Staff Accountant, specifically for Hotel Lincoln & Claridge House, from 2021 to 2022. Cody also has experience as an Event Technology Specialist at PSAV from 2019 to 2022, where they handled the setup and execution of corporate and social events. Before that, Cody held various roles at Hilton, including Complex Revenue Manager for Waldorf Astoria Chicago & Conrad Chicago from 2017 to 2018, Revenue & Reservations Manager for Embassy Suites Chicago Magnificent Mile from 2015 to 2017, and Guest Services Supervisor for Embassy Suites Chicago Magnificent Mile from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Cody worked at Pioneer Valley Hotel Group as an Assistant General Manager for Hampton Inn Hadley/Amherst from 2012 to 2013 and as a Guest Service Agent from 2011 to 2012. Starting their career at Stop & Shop in 2004, Cody held the position of Assistant Customer Service Department Head and was responsible for managing daily front-end activities and conducting training for new hires. Overall, Cody has gained extensive expertise in accounting, event management, and customer service throughout their career.
Cody Christopher attended Columbia College Chicago from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. In addition to their degree, Cody also holds several certifications. In July 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. In January 2017, they completed the Elevate 2 - Advanced Skills for Managers program from Hilton Worldwide. Furthermore, in March 2016, Cody obtained a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
