Dianne Jeffries

Dianne Jeffries has had a diverse range of roles in the field of human resources. Dianne began their career at Deere & Company in 2012, where they worked as a Labor Relations specialist until 2013. Dianne then joined John Deere Construction & Forestry Company as an HR Benefits Specialist, a role they held for eight years from 2013 to 2021. In 2016, they transitioned to become an HR Representative at the same company. In 2021, Dianne joined Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as a Human Resources Generalist and later progressed to the position of HR Manager in 2022. Presently, they hold the role of Senior HR Manager at GTI starting from June 2023.

Dianne Jeffries completed their high school education at Sherrard High School from 1984 to 1988. Subsequently, they enrolled at Western Illinois University where they pursued a degree in Finance, General. It is unclear when they started attending the university or when they completed their degree, but they eventually earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Western Illinois University.
