Hannah Grace McDonald

Hannah Grace McDonald currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Green Thumb Industries since October 2023. In addition, Hannah has been the Executive Producer and Producer at Hacks on Tap since July 2020 and has held a producer role at The Axe Files until December 2024. Prior to these roles, Hannah was Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant at Axelrod Strategies from July 2020 to July 2023 and served as Chief of Staff to the Campaign Manager and Special Assistant at Amy for America from February 2019 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the President at Grunwald Communications from August 2017 to December 2018, a Phone Canvasser at NARAL Pro-Choice America in early 2018, and a Deputy Organizer for Danica Roem for Delegate in 2017. Hannah's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth & Space Sciences from Jacobs University Bremen, completed from 2013 to 2016, along with roles such as EQ Committee Member and an internship in Endangered Species Data Analysis and Visualization at Defenders of Wildlife.
