Rich Freeman

Rich Freeman is an experienced professional in the fields of buying, merchandising, and supply chain planning. Currently serving as Vice President for Buying and Supply Chain Planning, and Vice President of Retail Buying and Merchandising at Green Thumb Industries since November 2020, Rich has previously held key roles at Wayfair as a Business Development Manager and at The TJX Companies, Inc. across various positions including Buyer and Planning Manager for apparel. Earlier experience includes positions at McMaster-Carr and a Private Equity Intern role at Merrill Lynch. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University, along with education from Parsons School of Design.
