Piotr Piszczek

Piotr Piszczek is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Dyrektor Operacyjny at Green Transfo SAS since October 2022, overseeing production, methods, maintenance, quality, SAP, and technical departments, managing a total team of 330 employees. Prior experience at Schneider Electric spans from July 2005, with multiple leadership roles including Dyrektor Metod, Utrzymaniu Ruchu i Ciągłego Doskonalenia, where responsibilities included Lean implementation, cyber security leadership, and industrial productivity initiatives. Piszczek has also held the position of Dyrektor produkcji, managing significant teams and projects focused on quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Piszczek’s educational background includes an engineering degree in production management from the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice and ongoing studies for a Master's in Lean Manufacturing at WSB University.
