Eldrick Ware has been with Green Tree Servicing since January 2000 and currently holds the title of AVP/Director. Eldrick has successfully maximized customer satisfaction ratings, reduced loan delinquencies, and improved various portfolio metrics. Eldrick achieved the #1 collection site in the organization out of 25 call centers and consistently improved employee retention and productivity. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Jackson State University, Eldrick also previously worked as a Stock Broker at TD Ameritrade, where Eldrick earned high ROIs for clients and delivered analysis to the senior leadership team.
