Mahmoud Ramadan has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Mahmoud started their career in 2008 as a Technical Service Engineer at NOV, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Green Valley Oil Services (GVOS) as a Senior Business Development Engineer and held this role until 2014. Mahmoud then progressed to the role of Business Development Manager at GVOS from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Mahmoud serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GVOS, a position they have held since January 2019.
Mahmoud Ramadan completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Higher Institute of Engineering in the years 2003 to 2008. Mahmoud then pursued further education and is currently enrolled at the University of East London, where they are expected to earn a Master of Science degree in Oil & Gas with Energy Management from 2022 to 2023.

Green valley Oil Services is a registered and independent operating company under the law 43 of 1976 for Free Zone companies in Egypt with its headquarters based in Egypt covering the Middle East operations with three branches located in KSA, UAE and Libya. GVOS is a customer focused company striving to continually offer its clients the best, cost effective, most reliable and most environmentally compatible waste treatment solutions. Green Valley owns and operates Thermal treatment unit (TDU), in its first licensed waste management facility in Egypt according to EEAA Standard and certification. GVOS also provides Zero-discharge Systems (Dry Location) for onshore and offshore drilling operators. GVOS is specialized in the field of Drilling waste management , moreover it acts as an agent for several multinational companies such as wild well control, Derrick international solutions, Magnum and Romar .
