Salman Elian

Salman Elian is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Drilling Contract & Marketing General Manager at Green Valley Oil Services (GVOS) since June 2016. Prior to this role, Salman held the position of Country Contract & Marketing Manager at Weatherford from January 2008 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Contract & Marketing Manager at Advanced Energy Systems (ADES) from May 2003 to December 2007 and at Global Santa Fe Drilling Co from January 1986 to January 2003. Salman Elian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Al-Azhar University, where studies were completed between 1973 and 1978.
