Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in online sales of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background in nutrition includes work as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and experience as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
