Nelson Zuleta

Nelson Zuleta is an experienced professional in architecture and construction management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Greenalia S.A. since May 2021. With a diverse career that began in songwriting in 1986, Nelson has held significant roles including President of SPV Construction, LLC from 2015 to 2021, and General Manager/Owner of Z&C Construction LLC and VENCO LLC from 2009 to 2021. Nelson's expertise extends to project management as Vice President at Jane Design Consultants, Inc., and as a Project Coordinator at Gresham, Smith and Partners. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad del Zulia and certifications in construction-related fields from NACE International Institute and Tulsa Community College. Nelson also undertook freelance photography from 2014 to 2018.
