Monica Stepniowski-Spencer

Monica Stepniowski-Spencer has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant at The New School in 2006. In this role, they were entrusted with responsibilities normally handled by the senior secretary due to their exceptional performance. In 2007, they moved on to become a Lead Bartender at East River Bar, where they dramatically increased revenue through promotion of special events. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Owner of Paws Up! Pet Care Services, where they created and managed all aspects of a successful small business. In 2011, they became an Account Manager at Visual Image Productions, where they aided in introducing the brand to Brooklyn and increased revenue through the sale of personalized products and services. In 2014, they moved on to become the Chief Operations Officer and Director of Operations at Advanced Dental Materials, where they were involved in development and bidding for construction. In 2015, they became the Owner of Prepped Orlando! and in 2023, they became the Vice President Operations at Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics.

Monica Stepniowski-Spencer received their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from The New School in 2008, having started their studies there in 2004.
