Katy Cole

Katy Cole is a seasoned attorney specializing in litigation, currently serving as a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since January 2022. Previously, Katy was a Commercial Litigation Partner at Farrell Fritz, P.C., from March 2009 to January 2022, representing a diverse clientele including businesses and financial institutions in federal and state court litigations, arbitrations, and mediations. Experience also includes a secondment to CA Technologies in 2011, and serving as a Litigation Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from November 2004 to March 2009, where responsibilities encompassed document review and pre-trial discovery. Katy began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley at the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and gained initial experience as a Summer Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. Educational credentials include a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a BA in English from Colgate University.
