Samuel Garcia Nelen is a highly experienced lawyer and academic specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance. Currently serving as a lawyer/shareholder (partner) at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since November 2023, Samuel also holds fellow status at the International Center for Financial Law & Governance since March 2024 and is an assistant professor and external research fellow at Erasmus School of Law. Samuel has contributed significantly to legal scholarship as a permanent contributor for the Tijdschrift Ondernemingsrecht and as a member of the editorial board for Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht.
