Josh Higgins

Josh Higgins is a seasoned horticulturist with extensive experience in plant production and landscape design. Currently serving as the Lead Horticulturist at Greenbriar Hills Country Club since June 2021, Higgins is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and design of diverse plant displays across a 150-acre property and oversees the greenhouse’s plant material procurement. In addition, Higgins operates Jardin Botanique LLC., specializing in landscaping and horticultural consultations. Previous roles include Horticulturist at Missouri Botanical Garden, where Higgins grew over 100,000 annuals for summer displays, and greenhouse production at Fahr Greenhouse Inc. Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, complementing foundational studies at St. Louis Community College.
