Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards and Corporate Human Resources Director at Greenbridge since December 2020. Previously, Ashley held the position of Human Resources Director at Abeona Therapeutics from January 2019 to December 2020, overseeing global operations and talent management initiatives. Ashley also worked as Corporate Human Resources Director at Bridgestone Americas from June 2017 to December 2018, leading a nationwide HR team, and was a Region Human Resources Manager at Praxair, Inc. from 2015 to June 2017, providing support across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Nestlé from 2011 to 2015 and as Human Resources Specialist at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC from 2008 to 2011. Ashley holds an MBA in Labor Relations & Human Resources and a degree in Management and Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resource Management from Cleveland State University.
