Martha Holloway

Martha Holloway has over 30 years of work experience in sales and marketing roles. Martha is currently working as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Greenbrier Development, where they support multiple communities across Texas, California, and Michigan. Their responsibilities include evaluating sales teams, setting benchmarks for success, hiring and coaching marketing teams, and collaborating with vendors to develop effective campaigns. Prior to this, Martha worked as the Director of Sales / Senior Sales Advisor at Edgemere Dallas, a Lifespace community, where they successfully drove occupancy across all levels of care. Martha also held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Esquiline, A Life Plan Community at The Shrine. Earlier in their career, Martha worked as the Director of Admissions & Marketing/ Apartment Manager at St. Paul's Senior Community and as a Real Estate Broker at Re/Max International. Martha started their career as a Sales Specialist at IBM & Hewlett Packard.

Martha Holloway attended the University of South Florida - Honors College and the New College of Florida. Martha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the New College of Florida. Martha also attended the University of South Florida - Honors College, but their degree field of study is unknown.
