Rebekah Helget

Rebekah Helget has extensive work experience in the field of special education. Rebekah is currently employed as the Director of Specialized Learning & Solutions at Education Service Center - Greenbush. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Special Education at Learning Cooperative of North Central Kansas from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they worked as the Executive Director of Special Education at Geary County USD 475 from 2015 to 2018 and as the Special Education Director at Usd 320 Special Services Cooperative from 2012 to 2015. Rebekah started their career as an Autism Consultant at Salina USD 305 in 2009 and worked as a Special Education Teacher at the same school district from 1999 to 2009.

Rebekah Helget completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1998. Rebekah then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Emporia State University, completing it in 2002. Finally, Rebekah obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Fort Hays State University in 2012.
