Andrew Dacey

Andrew Dacey joined the company in May 2019. Prior to that he has 8 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in process improvement and project management. Andrew has extensive experience in PMO, change management, and transformation initiatives with Fortune 500 utilities, commercial airlines, and telecommunications industries. As a Senior Management Consultant with Greencastle, he is working on an initiative to build out a change management plan for implementation at a utility company in order to streamline Electrical Distribution Operations processes and optimize business efficiency with an advanced technology software platform to be implemented by a technology partner. Andrew has 15 years of military service and is currently a Detachment Commander in the U.S. Army Reserve with a 2017 deployment to the Republic of Niger. Andrew was also an Infantry Platoon Leader in the United States Army and deployed to Baghdad in 2008-2009 in support of Operation: Iraqi Freedom. Andrew possesses the PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. He received his master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business & Engineering from Drexel University.
