Haydn Curtis joined the company in March 2022. Prior to that, he has 3 years of experience owning a small business. As a small business owner, he was responsible for daily operations, hiring and managing employees, customer service relations, generating new ideas for growth, and running payroll and bookkeeping. As a Jr. Associate Management Consultant at Greencastle, he provides solutions to problems, client team leadership and technical support. Haydn is an All-Source Intelligence Officer in the US Army Reserves and has served since 2011. He has been awarded 3 Army Reserve Component Achievement medals and 1 Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Bronze Hourglass device. He graduated from DeSales University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
