As a Senior Consultant, Kate assists in large projects and specializes in process improvement. Prior to that she has five years of experience in finance operations. She applied problem solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate front office operations. Kate commissioned through Penn State University ROTC while receiving her undergraduate degree in Biological Engineering in 2012. She has served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for nine years and currently serves as a Logistical/Operations Officer within the 328th Brigade Support Battalion. Kate deployed to the Middle East in support of Operations Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve where she received a Meritorious Service Medal and Army Accommodation Medal. Kate earned her MBA in Project Management from DeSales University.
