Ryan Clements re-joined the company in October 2022 as an Associate Consultant. He served as an Infantry Officer for five years with the 10th Mountain Division completing one tour in Iraq in 2017 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. During his time in the Army, he also earned the Army Ranger tab and Airborne Tab. He had previously worked at Greencastle as an intern while earning an MBA in Consulting from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester in 2020. Upon graduation, he gained experience in Operations Management sharpening his skills in process improvement and lean management. Now returning to the company, Ryan will apply his combined knowledge and experience to serve as an immediate value add to a range of projects.
