Debprakash Das has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Debprakash is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at GreenCell Mobility, a company promoted by Eversource Capital, since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of DGM of Corporate Finance and M&A at the same company from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining GreenCell Mobility, Debprakash worked at YES BANK from 2015 to 2021, where they held various positions in the Infrastructure Banking division. Their roles included Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for handling clients in the Ports, Shipping, Logistics, and Railway Operators domain, providing financing solutions for greenfield projects, refinancing existing facilities, and structuring funding solutions.

Prior to their tenure at YES BANK, they worked at ICICI Bank from 2012 to 2015. There, they held the position of Manager in the Small and Medium Enterprises Group, where they focused on client acquisition and servicing, credit appraisal, and compliance. Debprakash also worked as a Manager in the Wholesale Banking Group, where they handled new client acquisition, financial evaluation, and relationship management. Additionally, they served as an Associate Relationship Manager in the Wholesale Banking Group, where they handled client interaction and documentation.

Debprakash began their career as an MBA Finance Major at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, from 2010 to 2012. During their time there, they received several accolades for academic and leadership achievements. Debprakash also organized and executed the FMS International Alumni Meet in Singapore, which involved coordinating with alumni from various companies.

Furthermore, they held the role of Joint Secretary at Corporate Relations and Placement, FMS Delhi(MBA FT) from March 2011 to November 2011.

Debprakash also gained experience as a Business Leadership Trainee-Prepper (Finance) at Unilever Asia Pte Limited for a brief period in 2011.

Debprakash Das completed their education with a diverse range of degrees and fields of study. Debprakash started their academic journey in 2000 at Blessed Sacrament High School and completed their schooling in 2002. From 2004 to 2006, they attended B.J.B. Jr. College and obtained a 12th Science degree with a focus on Science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, which they completed in 2010. Debprakash further enhanced their education by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi between 2010 and 2012.
