Dhiren Gajjar

Dhiren Gajjar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dhiren currently serves as the Head of IT and Enterprise Architect at GreenCell Mobility, a Green Growth Equity Fund Company, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Telenor for over 12 years, serving in various roles, including GM - Enterprise Architect for Telenor Group Projects, GM - Enterprise Architect for Automation, Innovation, and Global Shared Service, and GM - Enterprise Architect for Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and Self Service. During their time at Telenor, they were responsible for designing end-to-end IT solutions, implementing agile delivery models, simplifying and enhancing existing systems, and leading projects such as CRM transformation, campaign management, and mobile app development.

Before Telenor, Dhiren worked at Etisalat as a Senior Manager for Sales, Distribution, Customer Acquisition, and Service. Dhiren also gained valuable experience at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, where they served as an E2E Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect. Dhiren'sresponsibilities included managing project deliveries, preparing project plans, and tracking resources.

Dhiren's earlier career includes roles at Orange Communications in Switzerland as a Senior Consultant for Customer Service and Billing Analyst, and at Vodafone Gmbh in Germany as a Consultant - Analyst Programmer. Dhiren was involved in tasks such as analyzing and implementing new campaigns, fixing customer profiles, and providing operational support.

Dhiren'scareer began at Amdocs as a Product Developer, where they played a role in designing, developing, testing, and providing site support for the Customer Service and Management system.

Throughout their career, Dhiren has exhibited a strong focus on optimizing processes, implementing enterprise architecture principles, and delivering innovative solutions. Dhiren'sexpertise spans areas such as IT architecture, CRM, campaign management, automation, and customer service.

Dhiren Gajjar's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Learning Python from Lynda.com in December 2017 and Machine Learning from Coursera in September 2017.
