Emma Dolman

Emma Dolman has extensive experience in sales and commercial management, currently serving as Sales Director at Greencore since September 2017, after holding roles as Head of Sales and Commercial Controller. Prior to Greencore, Emma held the position of Customer Director at Mars Petcare from 2014 to September 2017. Previous experience includes roles at Fox's Biscuits as Sales Controller for Multiple Grocers and at Thorntons as National Account Controller for Tesco, where significant growth and market share advancements were achieved. Emma's early career at Molson Coors spanned various senior roles, including Regional Director and National Account Manager, focusing on significant turnover management, team leadership, and delivering profitable growth in challenging markets. Emma holds a BA Hons in Business and Marketing from the University of Central England Birmingham and a Diploma in Marketing and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham.
