Katherine McCloy

Katherine McCloy is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Concept Developer at Greencore since June 2016. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as a Category & Technical Manager at AKP from June 2015 to May 2016, and held various positions at Tesco PLC, including Assistant Product and Quality Development Manager and Graduate Technologist from September 2012 to April 2015. Katherine's early career included roles as NPD Assistant at Bradgate Bakery and Junior Process Technologist at Kettleby Foods, Samworth Brothers. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Studies and Nutrition from the University of Leeds, where studies were completed from September 2008 to November 2012. Education was initiated at Silcoates from 2002 to 2008.
