Kerry Twena is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in client services and IT support. Currently serving as the Head of IT Client Services at Greencore since January 2023, Kerry previously held various managerial roles at Royal Mail, including Service Controls & Compliance Manager and Service Introduction, from April 2013 to January 2023. Earlier career experiences include serving as Service Support Manager at Liberata, IT Trainer and Support at Caunton Engineering Limited, and Account/Service Manager as well as Call Center/Help Desk Manager at Digica. Kerry's extensive experience in customer service management began at British Midland International, where responsibilities included IT Customer Services Manager from March 1989 to June 2000.
