Leah Ellis

Leah Ellis has extensive experience in product development and portfolio management, currently serving as an NPD Controller and Portfolio Manager at Greencore since November 2022. Prior to this, Leah held multiple roles at Co-op, including Senior Product Developer for Food to Go & Bakery since November 2016, and previously a Senior Product Manager for Grocery, Drinks, Impulse & Non Food in 2016. Leah's earlier positions at Co-op included Chilled Desserts Buyer and Bakery Buyer, where responsibilities included category management, supplier relations, and budget delivery. Leah began a career at Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution as a Commercial Graduate from 2004 to 2006, focusing on commercial departments supporting engineering projects. Leah holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, earned in 2003.
