Matt Kyle

Matt Kyle has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Matt currently serves as the Head of IT Operations at Greencore since August 2022, previously holding the position of IT Operations Manager from November 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe as a Systems Operations Manager from June 2016 to November 2018, where they managed teams responsible for supporting core services. Matt also has experience working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, starting as an Application Service Delivery Consultant from August 2014 to September 2015 and later as a Service Delivery Manager from September 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, Matt worked at Teleperformance as an Operational Team Manager from December 2013 to August 2014, a Technical Team Leader from September 2013 to December 2013, a Senior Advisor from May 2013 to September 2013, and a Support Advisor from October 2012 to April 2013, where they provided technical support and assistance to Apple customers.

Matt Kyle completed their education with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Northumbria University in 2012. Matt then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computing and Information Technology from Northumbria University, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Service Operations, and ITIL v3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
