Sue Hughes

Sue Hughes is an experienced project and supply chain manager with a robust background in the FMCG sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager E2E at Greencore since December 2019, Sue focuses on unlocking value across the end-to-end supply chain. Prior to this role, Sue worked at Unilever from February 2013 to August 2019 as a Customer Supply Chain Manager, leading a team of eight and managing stakeholder relationships while implementing supply chain optimization projects. Sue's career began at Cadbury plc. where positions included Channel Service Manager for Grocery and Accounts Receivable Manager, contributing to service improvements and operational efficiency. Sue also held roles at Kraft Foods and Thermotrans Ltd, enhancing service delivery and financial management. Sue holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds.
