Linda O'Neill

Linda O'Neill has held multiple roles in the healthcare industry since 1992. Linda began their career at Beverly Enterprises as a Senior Executive Director, where they were responsible for overseeing 550 beds in 3 Long Term Care Facilities. From 2000 to 2018, they worked at St Anthony Campus, Franciscan Sisters of Chicago as Executive Director, providing leadership for 192 bed licensed Skilled Nursing Facility and 60 Assisted Living/Senior Apartments. In 2018, they moved to Trinity Health Senior Communities as Regional Vice President Of Operations, responsible for oversight and strategic positioning of owned/managed Senior Service Communities in IL, IN, IA, and MI. In 2021, they began working as a Consulting Associate at Holy Cross Village at Notre Dame. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations- Greencroft Goshen at Greencroft Communities.

Linda O'Neill holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Northwest in Gary Indiana, where they studied Health Systems Administration. Linda also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Curriculum from Purdue University Calumet, where they studied Nursing.
