Jill Raines

Chief, Clinical Quality at Greene County General Hospital

Jill Raines serves as Chief of Clinical Quality. A graduate of Shakamak High School, Jill received an associate of science in nursing (ASN) from Vincennes University in 1996. She continued her education at Indiana Wesleyan University obtaining her BSN, MSN, and master’s in business administration. Jill, a resident of Jasonville, began working at Greene County General Hospital in 2003 where she served as an obstetrical and emergency department nurse and house supervisor before serving as the Director of Quality from 2017 until she became Chief of Clinical Quality in 2019. Jill is a member of Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) and serves on IONL’s State Program Committee. She is also currently the central southwest district IONL President. Jill also serves on the Bethel Youth Camp board of directors for the past eleven years.
