Jill Raines, MBA, MSN, RN, currently serves as Chief of Clinical Quality at Greene County General Hospital, a position held since August 2003, having previously held roles such as Director of Quality, House Supervisor, and OB/ER Registered Nurse. Prior experience includes working as an OB Nurse at Union Hospital from March 1999 to August 2003. Jill Raines holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 2014 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution, obtained from 2012 to 2014.
