Carol Watson has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, primarily with Greene King since January 2007, where roles have included Resourcing Partner for Scotland and England, Resourcing Advisor for local and destination pubs, and HR Administrator for the UK. Prior to this, Carol served as Secretary for Belhaven Pubs Ltd. in the West of Scotland from January 2004 to January 2007, establishing a solid foundation in the hospitality industry.
